ORDERS
You have 24 hours from time of order to cancel it with a full refund. Please understand that once an order has been sent to production, you can no longer edit any details or cancel it.
Notify us of any problems as soon as possible as any issues regarding product or order problems must be communicated and verified within 14 days of product delivery for any action to be taken. Once an issue is communicated, you will be notified whether or not your order is eligible for return, exchange, or refund within 3 business days.
PRODUCTION MISHAPS
In the unlikely event that a quality issue occurs during the production of your product, we can offer a replacement order free of charge once the production errors are verified and approved for exchange.

INCORRECT PRODUCT(s) RECEIVED
In the unlikely event that you receive a product different from your order, we can offer a replacement order free of charge once the incorrect product(s) is verified and received by our returns department.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
The customer is responsible for entering and auditing any and all information entered during the order process. Orders cannot be refunded for this reason.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
If the shipment was damaged in transit, please notify us to see if there is anything we can do first. If we are unable to approve a refund or exchange, please refer to the shipping provider’s claim center for information regarding compensation.
ORDERING THE WRONG COLOR / WRONG SIZE
The customer is responsible for taking color and sizing information on product page(s) into account at the time of ordering. DIFFERENT≠LESS CO. is not responsible for verifying size or color at the time of order and cannot offer replacements or refunds for these reasons.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customer is responsible for return shipping. Return shipping costs will be returned within 14 days of the item(s) being received, inspected and approved.
